Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty Items — Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your SpecTracker is faulty or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

Examples of faults that may be covered include:

  • The device fails to connect or pair with the supported app
  • The device does not charge or hold charge as intended
  • Physical defects present upon delivery
  • The product does not match its description

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Liquid damage
  • Accidental damage, including dropping the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • To make a claim, email info@spectracker.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or a short video to help assess the fault.

For confirmed faulty items, reasonable return postage costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
